I hereby indemnify and hold Speedtech sports performance and its employees from and against any and all liability for any injury, which my be suffered by my child or myself, arising out of or in any way connected with participation in any speed tech sports performance academy work out sessions or sponsored sports camps. I recognize and understand that there will be risks of injury to myself or my child as a participant in this program and agree to accept those risks in registering my child or myself as a participant. My signature indicates that I am aware of and how this program will be conducted. I further understand that this is a day to day activity and will be responsible for all payments due from services provided by Speed tech sports performance.
