Mike Lee is the founder of Speed-Tech Sports Performance, an organization that offers athletes world class performance sports training to prepare them to compete at the highest levels in all sports.

Mike believes in training athletes "from the inside out"and, with his background as a world class sprinter in the 110 High Hurdles, he has the skill-set to do it.

Lee's dedication and talent earned him a slot on the Track and Field USA International team for six years. He competed at a world class level in the 110 High Hurdles, ending his career in 1991 with a running time of 13.79. Long, hard hours of training and dedication took Mike to that great level of success.

Mike started his career at St. Mary's High School where he excelled in football and track. There he earnerd the Track & Field MVP award for two years running.

Upon Graduation in 1983, he ran competitively in Japan for the Asics Tiger International Jr.Track & Field Team. He led the International track & field circuit in the 110 High Hurdles that summer, and gained world class status.

Upon returning to the United States,  Mike entered Sacramento State University and in his first year earned the NCAA  All American title, running the 110 High Hurdles in 14.11. That snagged him the top spot on Sacramento State's all time track & field record book, which he held for 15 years.
